> U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
> Hawaiʻi Residency
> First-time homebuyer or qualified exception
> Meet income and asset limits (up to 120% AMI)
> Must occupy the unit as your primary residence for 10 years
> You’ll also need to submit a complete application packet, including:

✅ DPP Eligibility Affidavit

✅ Lender Pre-Approval Letter

✅ Proof of residency and income
