Kamehameha Schools, of the master planned neighborhood Our Kaka’ako, has selected Koa Partners and Castle & Cooke Hawai'i to develop Waiakoa, a mixed-use project on a 4.2-acre parcel at 756 Auahi Street know as Block D. Their previous project, 400 Keawe, a six-story, 95-unit mixed-use condominium, has already made a significant impact on the neighborhood.
